Lessons

Michael Basch, PGA Director of Golf, joined Clifton Springs Country Club in 2015. Before heading up the operation at CSCC Michael was the head Golf Professional at Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, VA, 1st Assistant at both Cobblestone Creek Country Club (Victor) and Farmington Country Club in Charlottesville, His students range from junior and beginner golfers all the way up to Tour Players! He’s very excited to lend his technical expertise to the Canandaigua community.

The Space

Tee-Ed Off offers five golfing bays that hold up to four players at a time and are 15ft wide and 25ft deep, giving a comfortable area to play and relax. Within these bays we offer league play, tournaments, closets to the pin and longest drive for an extra competitive edge all year long.

Private bays

All of our bays are set for both left and right-handed players, and are private to your specific group with access to hook up to Bluetooth speakers to play and listen to your music. Televisions are also provided at all bays just in case you want to watch the game and play.

Ex-putt simulators

We also offer 3 different areas with ex-putt simulators. This is the perfect way to keep your short game up to par, work on your short game weakness, or just challenge others in a putting match with state-of-the-art simulators that can read club and ball data.

FAQs

How many courses are available to play?

Roughly 800 courses are available. We highly suggest you browse through the list to pick your course before arriving at the maximum playing time.

Can I bring my own clubs?

YES - you must bring your own clubs.

Do you have club rentals?

NO - Please bring your own clubs.

Can I bring my own wooden tees?

NO - wooden tees are not allowed as they can damage our screens. There is a $25 fine for using wooden tees.

Can I use my own balls?

YES – BUT we recommend using our regulation QED balls for the system to accurately compute ball spin, speed, axis, backspin RPM, and side spin.

Can I wear outdoor footwear in the facility?

NO - Outdoor footwear with spikes is NOT authorized! Players must have a clean pair of spikeless/turf golf shoes or running shoes.

How long does it take to complete 18 holes on the simulators?

On average it takes approximately 1 HR per individual. For example, if you have four players it would take four HRs to complete 18 holes.

Is the facility available for full facility rentals?

YES – you must call and speak to us to schedule.

How much notice do I need to provide to cancel a Tee-time?

We ask that players provide us with at least 24-hours notice. There are no refunds for simulators, only a time credit will be given.

When should I arrive for my tee time?

You'll receive an email within 10 minutes of your tee time with your access code to enter the building.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

YES - but no alcohol is permitted on the premises, and no food near the simulators.
